Private training is more than someone just standing in one spot, counting how many times you do a move. Training is an understanding and belief of the Law of Compounding Interest. “It’s the simple little disciplines that, done consistently over time, will add up to the very biggest accomplishments.”
We strive to give each of our clients the best postural cueing, to provide accountability no matter what day or time, and progression with your exercises to get you to your goals quickly and safely.
