***Important notes: Choosing 2 from the A La Carte list equals a meal. 2 snacks a day with water free of charge…all you need to do is choose!

A La Carte Items

  • Steel cut Oatmeal
  • Whole grain Toast and low fat Jam
  • 2 Boiled eggs
  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit Cups
  • ¾ cup Kashi Cereal Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Banana
  • Skim Milk
  • Lean Turkey Bacon (3)
  • Low fat Sausage (3)
  • 1 cup Berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

Meals

—All salads will include low fat dressing.

  • Chicken Garden Salad: lettuce, tomato, cucumber and craisins (1 Tbsp max) and sliced chicken breast
  • BBQ Chicken Salad: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, chicken breast, red onions, and grated cheese (only 1 Tbsp of mozzarella or provolone). Tortilla strips are optional, but will be made with CORN tortillas and in small portions.
  • Chef’s Salad: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, grated cheese (1 Tbsp), turkey breast, ham, boiled egg (1), red onions, mushroom, and craisin (1 Tbsp max).
  • Shrimp Salad: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spinach, low fat feta cheese, shrimp, avocado.
  • Fruit Platter: seasonal fruit (1 cup) and low fat cottage cheese (3/4 to 1 cup).
  • Turkey Sandwich: oven roasted turkey breast, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard, and pickles on whole wheat bread.  100 calorie Pop chips are included.
  • Veggie Burger: veggie patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mustard. Pop Chips are included.  (Chicken patty or a low fat Turkey burger can be substituted as well)

—All meals below served with your choice of rice, cous cous, quinoa, sweet potato, red potato, or steamed vegetables

  • Grilled or Baked Fish with fresh fruit salsa and lemon
  • Chicken Breast with olive oil vegetable rub
  • Lean Steak with sautéed mushrooms
  • Roasted Turkey Breast with blended seasoning and fresh cranberries

Snacks (Choose 2 for free)

  • Tomato, Carrots and Cucumber – 2 Tbsp Hummus
  • 1.5 oz Trail Mix (Unsalted, dried, raw) (no chocolate)
  • 10 Kashi TLC Crakers – 2 oz. chicken/turkey – 3 slices of avocado
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla – 2 oz. canned tuna/salmon – 6 almonds
  • ½ English muffin – 2 light string cheese sticks
  • ¾ cup of berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) – 6 oz. Greek yogurt (plain) – 10 peanuts
  • 8 oz. skim milk – 14g-20g whey protein powder
